Here’s a good one from Yahoo! on the art of the perfect voicemail.

I don’t know how many time I’ve had to reply to a message just to get the number. As a result this one is my favorite:

Leave your contact information slowly and clearly.
This sounds painfully obvious, but you’d be surprised by how many people rush through their phone number and email address so fast that you have to replay the message three times before you can understand them.
